Since 1955, the Hoch Family has continually mastered the intricate art of ice cream making.
William J. Hoch began working as an apprentice ice cream producer at the Shady Glen Restaurant in Manchester, Connecticut, which was recognized by the James Beard Foundation as an American Classic in 2012.
William’s son, Gregory, along with wife and two children, later moved to the West Coast and extended the family tradition and excellence of making ice cream.
Located in Nevada’s Carson Valley, the Hoch Family Creamery crafts premium ice creams, sherbets, and sorbets using only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world and mixed with fresh locally-produced dairy.
